A Triggering Myth - Forgiving Eden

SKU 19-LE1036
The 5th release by this rock duo comprised of two keyboardists, Rick Eddy and Tim Drumheller, who use various guests on their albums to flesh out the sound. What I like about ATM is that all of their albums are good, but each one gets better and, because each of their albums has different guests, the sound changes reasonably significantly, while still sounding like ATM. On this album, they are joined by guitarist Scott McGill and drummer Vic Stevens. Possibly their best yet! "For their fifth album, the instrumental rock duo of A Triggering Myth decided to compose a long form progressive rock symphony - a single 43 minute composition...Scott and Vic were able to introduce elements of fusion to the bands typical symphonic orientation. The results will speak to fans of both progressive rock and fusion. Musical reference points include the Canterbury sounds of Soft Machine and National Health as well as symphonic rock stalwarts Happy The Man and Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso. Forgiving Eden is packaged is a beautiful digipak featuring artwork and graphic design by Travis Smith."
