I was introduced to this large French band and this 2003 project by Aymeric Leroy and spent some time trying to get copies to sell at a reasonable price.. It's an excellent addition to the growing numbers of people interpreting the work of this important 20th century composer. Like the best interpretations, the music is recognizable, but they add a LOT of themselves to their takes on Frank's music.
