Like Soft Machine, the band doomed to have a number after their name for each album! Bondage Fruit, led by guitarist Kido Natsuki, who also plays in Bondage Fruit, led by guitarist Kido Natsuki, who also plays in Korekyojinn, were part of the Japanese Zeuhl explosion of the early 1990's, along with Koenjihyakkei and Happy Family, and this is somewhat similar to these bands and similarly good! The band here includes violin/vocals, bass, drums, vibes/marimba.

5 stars is not enough for these guys. Fabulous blend of Eastern and Western music. I had the pleasure of meeting these folks after one of their very few U.S. shows. It is amazing when people this talented remain as humble and personable as these wonderful musicians. BFIII/Recit is the beginning of a transition for the band in which they begin to explore western styles more deeply. The female vocalists are gone in this album. More mellow moments but still insanely talented music. Includes a live version of the most technical song on their first album "Kinzoku no Taiji". They realy pull it off. I saw it with my own eyes. Outrageous.
