Propaganda is the 3rd release by this Baltimore progressive rock quartet. Their previous albums featured a keyboardist, whereas this is much more guitar-driven, as Cliff Phelps, the leader/guitarist/singer also adds some flute, synths and keyboard embellishment, but mainly sticks with guitar. There is also some sax work on a few tracks, but this is definitely a more rock-oriented direction - and a harder-edged sound as well, for the most part as multiple guitar parts rock with the bass and drums.
