Encore, Encore was originally released in 1979 under the title Farewell, Farewell; it was a live album documenting what was intended at the time to be the final Fairport Convention tour and featured a lineup of Simon Nicol, Dave Pegg, Dave Swarbrick, and Bruce Rowland. However, since the band remained intact, this 1997 reissue -- timed to coincide with Fairport's 30th anniversary -- was given the more accurate title of Encore, Encore; the record was remastered and four bonus tracks were added, including the single Rubber Band" (the others are live performances)."-Steve Huey/All Music Guide [Folkprint]
