2007 remastered, expanded version of this release. This includes the music in new stereo mixes and a bonus DVD that has the music as DVD Audio 5.1 surround mixes PLUS some INCREDIBLE bonus visual extras, including the long sought after Genesis in Concert 1976 movie which documents the tour with Bill Bruford on drums! The complete thing! Most folks would have been happy to pay this price for that alone, let alone as a bonus; highly recommended!
So, you are a hard working and excellent progressive rock band. You've toured hard and recorded well, and just as you are about to cross into the big leagues, your front man and singer quits. What do you do? Surprisingly, you replace him with your drummer, who handles both chores on this album quite well, thank you! A surprising triumph.
