So, there once was a band called Kaipa in the 70s. It was co-led by Roine Stolt (Flower Kings) and Hans Lundin.
Sometime in the 2000s, the band reformed around Roine and Hans and eventually Roine left and Hans is still doing it under the name Kaipa
So, now Roine is presenting his version, as Kaipa Da Capo.

"New live record from 70's cult band Kaipa Da Capo.
Kaipa were a well know and very prolific band in Sweden between 1974-1980 - they recorded 3 highly successful albums for the DECCA label and one for Polar Music (ABBA’s label)
Three of the original members: Ingemar Bergman, Tomas Eriksson & Roine Stolt have now teamed up with Michael Stolt - Vocal & guitar and Max Lorentz - Keyboards to form Kaipa Da Capo.
This band released the critically acclaimed brand new studio album “Dårskapens Monotoni” in fall of 2016.
Kaipa Da Capo are now about to release the first real LIVE album in the bands history - recorded at the end leg of a European tour February 2017 - For the tour, keyboards man Lalle Larsson is standing in for Max Lorentz who was attacked and injured severely at a show earlier this year.
This show is from February 25th in Stockholm - and also happens to be the birthday of singer Michael Stolt. The setlist is of course a number of old 70s classics plus a few tracks from new their studio album and enhanced with a few improvisations from keyboardist Larsson.
Recorded by Micha Weber and mixed by Roine Stolt."
