Two long-unavailable titles by this late 60s bluesman who did much to revitalize and reinvigorate the form. Recycling is a live album which showcases Taj's great command of the form and his willingness to do the the unusual, performing on just a guitar or kalimba or banjo and adding his raspy, soulful vocals. Really nice. Oooh So Good is a studio album, but is also stripped down and similar. This is the stuff that put him on the map.
