Moolah - Woe Ye Demons Possessed vinyl lp (due to size and weight, this price for the USA only. Outside of the USA, the price will be adjusted as needed)

First-time ever vinyl reprinting. I wrote this 12 years ago, so some information has since come to light about this album; see below. Mega-rare, 1974 US indie release. There's almost no information about this album anywhere, so it's hard to tell if this is a group of a single person or what making the music. It reminds me of a cross between droney Krautrock (some Faust, Guru Guru, Amon Duul II in their most atmospheric moments) and very early Residents, but a bit less focused. It's really quite good in a low-fi, basement, post-psychedelic kinda way, although I don't think I would have spent $600.00 on an original, but for $15.00, you too can be a cool collector type and even have it in the format it was originally created for!

"2012 repress of the since quickly sold-out and deleted 2005 press. Self-described as "...a cosmic rock relaxation creation to elevate sensory awareness to include the aura of intuitive perception of higher realm of human/divine consciousness using the astral body projection experience vehicle to pierce time/space/logic dimension barriers on the return voyage to the ultimate concept." CD reissue of this classic 1974 private press album. On Steven Stapleton's Nurse With Wound list, of course. Moolah was comprised of two youths from New York, Walter Burns and Maurice Roberson. This revolutionary psychedelic album features piano, keyboards, electronic percussion and other electronic sounds, an esoteric, Buddhist vocal sound, with bits of concrte, tape and delay effects."
