Opeth started their life as a metal band, but they have always spoken very highly of progressive rock and, over the last few years, have flirted more and more closely with the genre.
Well, years of flirtation has finally led to an exclusive relationship! This is a full-on progressive rock album featuring all 'clean' vocals and playing that's all totally 'in the spirit'. The album was mixed by Steve Wilson and should really please any fan of classic era progressive. Really great! Highly recommended!
