"Having demonstrated their space-rock tendencies with the `Rain Falls In Grey' album, and the incorporation of this into their live shows, RMI took a step in another direction by returning to the approach to music for which they have become known, but with the incorporation of guest collaborator Martin Archer on wind instruments and electronics. This, their headlining show at the E-Live festival in the Netherlands, sees a return to improvisation, with only the keys agreed beforehand. Of three extended pieces, opener `Veritable Petit-Buerre' is a possible career highlight, and there is a uniformity of mood and style which makes this 75 minute recording one of RMI's strongest."
