This 1981 album delivered huge hits while still being a full-on progressive rock classic; YYZ is a tremendous instrumental work out and, anyway, even if you are sick of "Tom Sawyer", wasn't it cool to have a huge radio hit with such a blatant odd time signature instrumental break? We're going to leave our little blow-out sale trip down memory lane with Rush with this one, as they still made good albums after this, but those albums started to sound exactly like early 80s Police to my ears; not a bad thing at all, but, still...WHY?
