Samla Mammas Manna was the original band of keyboardist/composer Lars Hollmer and they were hugely popular in their native Sweden. They blended progressive with bits of folk elements & more. This is an earlier (their second), more overtly "progressive rock" disc, with some great melodies & great playing. Guitar, keyboards, bass and drums. Sometimes it reminded me a little bit of the early Muffins in a more jammy style. Features a bonus track not available anywhere else!
