At least in the indie rock world, Sonic Youth is probably one of the most important and interesting bands of the genre. Not to say that they are an indie rock band, but they definietly walk the line between indie rock (even though they are on Geffen), art rock, and somthing else I cant quite put my finger on. This DVD collects al the videos from 1990-2002. Features guest appearances by (these may not mean anything to you, but I consider all of these people to be really improtant) Kathleen Hanna (Bikini Kill/Le Tigre), Mike Watt (Minutemen/Firehose), Jason Lee (skater legend and movie star best known for his starring role in the Kevin smith classic/flop Mallrats), Spike Jonze (director of such fine films as Being John Malkovich and Adaptation), and many more.
