"White Rock II was recorded at Ricks home in the Isle of Man between April 1997 and March 1998 and released in 1999. Rick was commissioned to write the score to the movie of the 1976 Winter Olympics. The resultant soundtrack was highly successful although unfortunately Rick does not have the rights to the original work hence a re-scoring on White Rock II. White Rock II is a highly popular release from Rick and has been until this re issue unavailable for some time making this a welcome reissue for the large and devoted Wakeman fan base."
