Xhol were one of the earliest Krautrockers, releasing only 2 albums in their lifetime. This was their 2nd, which was recorded live in July 1st and 2nd, 1970 by Bob Woolford, who they hired their because of their admiration for his work with Soft machine. This reissue, with a great booklet telling the history of Ohr and Ralf Ulrich Kaiser (with some amazing asides), also includes over 20' of bonus material. A must own for fans of Krautrock, these guys were unknown & undiscovered until the recent Krautrock revival & are still underappreciated.
