If I understand the unclear English correctly, this is Celeste’s classic first album, Principe di un Giorno, presented with a female vocalist, as Ciro Perrino originally intended it until label interference quashed that concept.
This is not a re-recording of the album; amazingly, Ciro has the multitrack masters, but he replaced his own vocals with a female vocalist, in occordence with his original wishes/plans for the album.
“Prince of One Day is the ultimate, historical celebration of Celeste's symphonic progressive rock masterpiece, released for its 50th Anniversary. This special project fulfills maestro Ciro Perrino’s original artistic vision from five decades ago: presenting the album entirely in English with an ethereal female voice.Far from being a re-recording, this album meticulously preserves the exact, authentic instrumental backing tracks recorded 50 years ago, salvaged from the original master tapes.
Ciro Perrino’s original vocals have been masterfully replaced by the breathtaking, angelic voice of acclaimed singer Siobhan Owen. This is "Principe di un Giorno" exactly as it was always meant to be heard—a bridge across half a century of Italian progressive rock history and a crowning jewel for worldwide collectors.”
