This is two lp-length extended, live pieces recorded in Cambridge, MA in April & May 1972 by an early group of all unknowns (at least to me) doing electric jazz/rock from the early days, which means it’s a little bit nastier and dirtier than what fusion generally turned into later. The original album goes for $600 and this is the first time ever on CD. So this is quite essential for fans of that early, electric sound (think ‘Friends’, think ‘Love Cry Want’). Recommended.
