“This is the second album with this trio.This album is a result of how Fontana Re:Mix today works mainly in the recording studio. They use it as a musical tool; a creative instrument. Free improvisation is always the beginning and main structure of the music and playing. Lots of recorded material is later edited and transformed into songs and small pieces. Sometimes the original improvisation stays unchanged, but shortened. This way of working is a long process of listening, creating and producing. The result is a special re-mix and a type of music that does not fit in with the conventional categories.”
