Other than his (much) better known tenure with Gong, Daevid Allen had been involved with UoE for the longest period of time, founding the band in San Francisco in 1998. This band rocks HARD; while it's definitely Daevid, there's little of the lightness or whimsy of his other work, although there's definitely some commentary on the world. Obviously Daevid is the name here, but the band are high energy and great.
