It's the HALLOWEEN section!

“This is the first ever official physical release of the soundtrack to Lars Von Trier's controversial film Antichrist, originally released in 2009. Ten years after the film's initial release, the extreme, provocative performances from Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg in Antichrist still have the power to shock, repulse, and divide.
The sound design by Kristian Eidnes Andersen with Lars Von Trier was composed using only natural sounds and samples (including internal body recordings). Each...

Unlike his two, previous, non-soundtrack albums, this is John's actual movie themes (all of which he wrote) and is done in the same heavy progressive style as his 2016 concert tour presented them! Fun stuff and fans of Goblin, Zombi and John's always great soundtracks will love it.

“After 45 years, the most acclaimed, revered horror franchise in film history reaches it's epic, terrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode faces off for the last time against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured on-screen before, one where only one of them will survive.
Recorded in it's entirety at Carpenter's home studio and Davies' studio, the unmistakable mix of software synths, vintage analogue equipment, and live instrumentation once again provides...

"2018’s Halloween, directed by David Gordon Green, starring Jamie Lee Curtis, and with music by series creator John Carpenter (along with his son and godson, Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies) was a critical and box-office smash. It grossed $159 million against a $10 million budget, becoming the most profitable Halloween movie since the 1978 original. The soundtrack album was a hit, too, debuting at #12 on the Billboard Albums chart and #2 on the vinyl chart, on its way to becoming one of the most...

Fans of Goblin & John's always great soundtracks will eat this up!

RED AND BLUE STARBURST COLORED VINYL "It's no secret that Stranger Things has been receiving widespread acclaim. A release so great that one of the great bands of the 90s/00s named themselves after it! Goblin were a instrumental quartet of keyboards, guitar, bass & drums who are known for their soundtracks to some seriously scary 70's horror films by Dario Argento.

"Rustblade presents Claudio Simonetti and his Goblin playing and reinterpreting the score of one of the most famous horror movies of all times to celebrate 40 years of the idolised film Dawn of the Dead directed by George Romero and produced by Dario Argento. The music that accompanies the movie is a mix of prog and electronic rock full of tension and magic tribalism. Piercing guitars, Synth orchestration and virtualism give life to thousands of blood thirsty zombies. An unmissable release enriched with...

Libra were an Italian progressive rock band who strangely enough signed to Motown in the early 1970's, releasing one album that just disappeared (who looks for progressive rock on Motown?). Years later they reappeared with this, their 2nd and final album, which was the somewhat-to-extremely Goblin-esque sountrack to a Mario Bava horror film. If you like the Goblin sound, you will like this. All instrumental, & performed on keyboards, guitars, bass & drums. Includes several never-released bonus tracks.

Synthesist Steve Moore is one half of the excellent, 70s-inspired, synth/prog duo Zombi. In addition to the six albums released by Zombi, he has a prolific and thriving solo career. This album, released simultaneously with Zombi's latest, Shape Shift, is the soundtrack to a horror film and is one of his great ones, mixing spacey sequencing and droning menace. Recommended!

Electronic musician Steve, who has released a string of great records as well as being half of Zombi, has recently been doing soundtrack work.
This is the first of his soundtrack’s that I have heard, and it’s a great one. And CREEPY! That alone tells you whether you want this one or not.

This is the HDCD remastered version of this basically instrumental classic from 1973. This was Mike's first album, the first release on Virgin and the first album recorded at Virgin's Manor studios! Lots of keyboards, lots and lots of guitars and even...

Still some nice stuff here, but this 1993 sequel to the sequel is much more synthesized and colder than either of the two proceeding installments.

Once heard, Goblin's scores are...
