Jack is best known for being the principle songwriter and bassist and voice behind Cream. He's got a wonderful voice and is a fine composer and he continues to make good work to this day. This documents the very short-lived band he had with dual keyboardists Carla Bley (!!) and Ronny Leahy, guitarist Mick Taylor (fresh from his stint with the Rolling Stones!) and drummer Bruce Gary (The Knack!!!). Man, I remember reading about this band in NME or Melody Maker when I was in High School and a utter Jack and Carla fan and being so excited about this band. And then they fell apart without ever recording...until this excellent quality archival release, overseen by Mark Powell, the modern day master of the archival release!
