In the early/mid 00s, Hugh started working with his computer and started cutting up and putting together music in the new technological version of how he did it starting in 1963, when Daevid Allen showed him what a tape loop was. He made two full albums that were actually released, 2003's "Jazzloops" and this album, which was released in a enhanced CD edition with a digital (.pdf) comic book by Matt Howarth. This features Hugh on guitar, bass, and rhythm loops plus: Robert Wyatt, John Marshall, Didier Malherbe, Simon Pickard, Frank van der Kooy, Pierre Olivier Govin and Jan Ponsford.
