Omni Opera are one of the original UK festival bands, a term given to bands who combined space rock ala Hawkwind/Gong with a certain amount of 'jam band' esthetic. The best known proponent of the sound is Ozric Tentacles, but back in their day, it was a huge and popular scene.
The group made two CDs for Delirium Records, who were the biggest label of that scene, but then fell on hard times as that scene disintegrated and the label went bust.
This package is those two Delirium releases, not seen for at least the last 15 years.
If you are a fan of Hawkwind/Gong/Pink Floyd as well as newer groups in a similar vein such as Hidria Spacefolk & Oresund Space Collective, this is fine stuff and well worth your investigation!
