Alphataurus were one of the (many) great 'one and done' Italian symphonic rock band and one of the most fondly remembered; once you have seen it, who could forget the amazing triple-gatefold 'Dove of War' lp jacket and the equally amazing music contained inside?
Nearly 40 years after their 1973 album, three of the original members (the keyboardist, guitarist and drummer) reunited with a new vocalist, bassist and 2nd keyboardist and released the extremely worthy album, AttosecondO.
Now they are back for a live album, featuring three long tracks (nearly 50' in length plus a live DVD filmed at Progvention 2010, which is where they first reunited. The DVD also includes a documentary about the band and some vintage footage. Once again, if you are a fan, this is a total winner!
