This concert, from May 22, 2018 in Chicago, is a feast for the eyes and ears. The band covers each and every era of its discography with aplomb, enthusiasm and virtuosity. The light show and band apparel are dazzling. Todd's outfit for the first half of the show is the coolest of his career. The playing and vocals are spot-on.
Special mention must go to Gil Assayas, who inherited the keyboard duties on short notice. He just may go down as the best Utopian keyboardist of all time…
No need to go into a description of each song. If you are here, you know these numbers by heart. You may just be wondering if the Utopians still have it. They DO! You may be wondering if Cleopatra can be trusted to handle this project without botching it. Well, Cleopatra didn't botch it. Both the band and the label knocked it out of the park. Enjoy!”
