First album from this progressive rock band from South Africa, originally released in 1971. The side long opening title track features an amalgam of prog, jazz and indigenous African influences. Some of this actually has a Crimson-ish vibe, with flute and sax playing an integral part in counterpoint to the active rhythm section. Quite interesting disc that would have easily slipped into the Neon or Vertigo roster. Comes with 4 unreleased live tracks as a bonus as well as detailed liner notes.-Ken Golden [Fresh]
