D'Accord - Helike

Despite a French-sounding name, D'Accord are a Norwegian prog-rock sextet (vocals and flute, dual keyboards, guitar, bass and drums) and this is their second album. They combine elements of classic progressive rock (I hear Jethro Tull, King Crimson) with a hard-rock edge, and the overall sound is like a 1971 UK progressive/progressive hard rock band, although, unlike, say, Diagonal, this won't actually fool you into thinking it's from 1971! And to further bring us back to 70s esthetics, this is two huge, over 20' long tracks.
